Let me first introduce myself, I’m CheKesha L. Simms and I am the vessel that God chose to use to provide inspiration, empowerment, and renewal through this faith based website.

In the winter of 2016 I started blogging to help women find healing and deliverance from their broken spirits & strongholds by sharing my testimony. God told me to be transparent so I could connect with women by sharing how I survived abusive relationships, gun violence, being robbed, insecurities, being raped & promiscuity, barrenness, and loneliness through each blog and that is how HerTestimony was birthed (original blog: http://testimonies4her.blogspot.com).

The more I blogged and shared, the more God was revealing to me His calling for my life. He wanted women to see that they were not the only ones that were or had fought similar battles in their lives. He wanted me to expand the blog into a place where women could feel a spiritual connection with other like-minded Women of God. He wanted me to create a community where Sisters in Christ could help sharpen each other (Proverbs 27:17 GNBDC) and inspire worldly women to seek the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33 NKJV)

So, in late summer of 2016 HerTestimony went from being just a blog, to growing into a faith based website. HerTestimony.com became a place where women from all different walks of life could come connect and not feel like they’re doing life alone. The website now includes all types of recourses to continue to inspire, empower, and renew through my Blog Post, Events, Empowerment Calls, Small Groups, and More.

“I pray that every word you read will lead you to a Christ Centered Life. I pray that you will find healing. I pray that God will reveal a good and perfect work in you. I pray that you will be inspired to share your testimony to help speak life into someone in need of renewal. I also pray that the mediations of my heart and the words I leave on this page will be all of Him and none of me, in Jesus name Amen.”  Love your Sister in Christ, CheKesha Simms 😘✌🏾💜

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
